Macron calls for quick acceptance of €750bn EU aid plan

French President Emmanuel Macron called for a quick adoption of the European Commission's plan to allocate a 750 billion emergency aid package to the economy. We must act quickly and accept an ambitious agreement with all our European partners, Macron tweeted. Macron noted that a plan to help the European Union economy was made possible by the Franco-German agreement. Read also:
