In Ukraine, one of the hospitals in Sumy instead of 23 ventilators (IVL) received only five. This was reported on June 27 on the website of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU). In this regard, local officials are suspected of abuse of power. For this amount, the medical institution was supposed to be supplied with 23 VIA devices. In fact, the medical institution received only five IVL devices.
