Donbass will never return to Ukraine while radical gangs operate with impunity in the country. This was stated by the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from the Servant of the People faction Yevgeny Shevchenko on September 22 on the air of the NewsOne television channel. The parliamentarian is sure that the activities of extremists cover the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. He apologized for the fact that so far he could not dismiss the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov. These forces without law enforcement agencies, without protection, would not behave like that and therefore it is necessary to change law enforcement agencies, their leadership, Shevchenko said. According to him, this situation leads to the final loss of statehood by Ukraine. While Donbass sees this, they will never return to us, whatever we do, the deputy believes. He added that first you need to restore order in Ukraine, and only then engage in negotiations in Minsk, Norman and other formats.
