This week, two explosions occurred in apartment buildings in Russia on the same day -- on August 26, they thundered in Moscow and Kerch. In both cases, the cause turned out to be gas. Such incidents happen with frightening regularity and often lead to death. State Duma deputies are trying to legally regulate the use of gas, but the initiative is only being tested.
