Call US: Kosovo refuses to talk with the EU and Serbia

Kosovo again insists on joining US for negotiations to normalize relations with Serbia. Pristina has already said about the need to expand dialogue and Washington in recent times has indeed become a more prominent figure in the negotiation process between the parties. Meanwhile, the role of the EU in conflict resolution is becoming smaller.
